All of my Recipes are RAW and I only use Organic Plant-Based Food. I used 3 machines. A Spiralizer for making the Zucchini Zoodles, a Small Blender for the Pine Nut Cream Sauce and a High Speed Blender (Vitamix) for the Cauliflower Cream Sauce.

Ingredients
Zucchini Prep
Pine Nut Sauce
Cauliflower Sauce
Veggies
Servings: people
Instructions
  1. Drain the Salt Sprinkled Zoodles.
  2. Blend Pine Nuts and Water until Creamy.
  3. Blend Cauliflower until Creamy.
  4. Add the Pine Nut Sauce to the Cauliflower Sauce and Blend.
  5. Pour the Sauce over the Zoodles.
  6. Mix in Veggies and Herbs into Zoodles.
  7. Top with Edible Flowers, Salt, Nutritional Yeast.
  8. Serve and Enjoy!
