RAW Angel Hair Pasta Kelp Noodles

This is a Super Nutritious Pasta replacement Dish.  It’s all RAW!  These Kelp Angel Hair Noodles come pre-packaged, so you will have to soak them for a few hours or overnite to get them soft for this Dish.  You can use these Noodles in your Smoothies, Green Drinks, Desserts and Dishes.  They have no taste, yet will absorb the flavour of what they are put into.  Sea Vegetables don’t contain Gluten, Wheat, or Sugar.  Dr. Oz has even has named Kelp Noodles the new, “No-Carb Pasta”.  They are Superfoods and packed with Vitamins, Minerals and Antioxidants, and is the highest Natural concentration of Calcium of any Food!  Take that Milk!

Instructions
  1. KELP NOODLES: Soak Noodles in Vinegar, Salt, Pepper & Coconut Nectar for 2-3 Hours, or Overnite. You can't oversoak these Noodles. Rinse & Drain
  2. SAUCE: In a Blender, add Soaked Cashews, Miso Paste, Salt, Pepper and Water. Blend until smooth.
  3. Mix the Sauce and Noodles together. Add Optional Ingredients and Top with Oregano! Serve with a Nice, Fresh Green Salad. Enjoy!
