Warm Home-Made RAW Vegetable Soup
I was feeling a bit like wanting ‘soup’ today, probably the change in temperature outside, so I decided to make My Mother’s Home Made Soup Recipe, but without the Animal ‘Soup’ Bones.
I wanted a bit of a comfort feeling, so I dehydrated my Yam Cubes for 4 hours at 118 F (42 C) to get them a little soft and a little warm. Raw doesn’t mean your food has to be cold. You can warm food up to 118 F (for up to 1-2 minutes in a High Speed Blender), or when food becomes warm to touch.
Adding spices to your Raw meals will also trick your body into thinking it’s warmer than it is. Add these when you want that Warm feeling: Cayenne Pepper, Ginger, Garlic, Pepper, Cinnamon.
The main reason people feel they want Hot Soup or Hot Food, is because their Adrenals are taxed (stressed out), and their Organs are Toxic. The more you release Toxins out of your body, the more your Arteries, Organics, Cells etc clear up and out, the more your Circulation improves and the more your body will no longer ‘need’ or ‘want’ Hot Food.
