BEST RAW Kale Chips Ever! 

Hail to Kale! The Kale in the picture below was in my ORGANIC Garden. You don’t need a lot of space in your yard to grow Kale. Kale is very harty and is easy to grow, and keeps on giving all Summer Long and into the Fall. I’ve even brushed off the snow from my Kale and had it in the early Winter. I grow my Organic Kale in Organic Soil with lots of Nutrients. Those Nutrients will go into the Kale and right back into me at some point, so if you are going to grow Kale or any Fruit, Vegetable or Herb, I strongly suggest you grow Organically.

No Garden, no problem! Kale can be easily bought through your Local Farmers’ Market in the Summer months, and at your Healthy Grocer in the Winter months.

My Hail to Kale! RAW Chip recipe is Super Easy to make with some prep time involved. 

Besides the Ingredients, all you need is a Small Blender and a Dehydrator. I make mine on Saturday mornings if I know I’m staying in to watch a movie Saturday Nite. They can take 4-6 hours to dehydrate, longer if the Kale Leaves are thick and dense.

Ingredients

Instructions
  1. PREP: Soak Cashews for 1/2 hour - Rinse & Strain. Wash Kale & Air-dry to get all water off. Gather all of your Ingredients.
    Kale Chip Ingredients
  2. DRESSING: In a small blender, mix all Ingredients (except Toppings). Add Filtered Water as needed to make a runny consistency.
  3. ***HINT - Use plastic gloves to mix the dressing onto the Kale Leaves (Turmeric stains).
  4. Spread the Leaves on Dehydrator Sheets and Dehydrate for 4-6 hours or until crunchy. Make sure leaves are not touching each other and are flat. OMDelicious! Enjoy the Show!
