What is a RAW Organic Plant Based Diet

So, What is a RAW, Organic Plant-Based Diet?

First of all, it’s not just Carrots and Celery Sticks! LOL 

A RAW Plant-Based Food Lifestyle – I personally don’t like the word “Diet”,  is made up of Fresh, Organic, Whole, Living Foods and Superfoods like: Fruits, Vegetables, Herbs, Nuts, Seeds and Sea Vegetables all of which, are consumed in their Natural State, without Cooking, Baking, Frying or Steaming.

I have created this website in part to share Recipes that I have created – Quick and Easy – using RAW, Organic Plant-Based Foods.  You can make anything from RAW Nice Cream (formerly known as Ice Cream) to Rawsta (Raw Pasta) to Rawgurt (Raw Yogurt).  Everything you make will be Delicious and Nutritious and so good for you!  You will be Amazed!

Why eat Raw, Organic Plant-Food?

Foods that we eat are our Fuel, just like the gas you put into your car – I’m sure you’ve heard that before.  When you put High Octane Gas into your Car, the overall performance is much better than if you put in Cut-Rate Gas or Sugar.  Same thing with our Bodies.  When you put in Dense Nutrient-Rich Raw Plant-Based Foods into the Body, the overall performance of the Body excels. 

We are the Only Beings on this Planet that Cooks our Food.  We are the Only Beings that drink another Animal’s Milk and we are the Only Beings on this Planet that gets Sick, has Ailments, Pain, Inflammation, gets Diseases like Cancer, Alzheimer’s and Diabetes to name a few.  Isn’t that interesting?  

When you cook Food, 80% of the Body’s available Energy is used in the Processing of that Food. When you Eat Raw Plant-Based Foods, the Body only uses 20%!  What does that mean?  It means the less Energy the Body expends on Digestion, the more Energy it has left for Living!  This ‘extra’ Energy increases your potential in so many ways!  Spiritually you connect more to all living things in the World; Mentally your Focus is increased and you become more Clear; Physically your Endurance is enhanced and you are Healthier, and Emotionally, you become more Loving and Peaceful.  

We are Live, Living Beings and yet, we eat Dead Food? And I’m not just talking about Animals. Dead Foods meaning they have no Substance; Nutrients; Vitamins; Minerals or Enzymes.  Dead Foods are: Breads; Cookies; Crackers; Snacks; Pasta; Pizza; Processed; Packaged Foods etc. etc. We are also made up of mostly of water – almost 60% yet we reach for Foods that are drying to the Body and not Nourishing.  

It’s all of the Cooked; Dead; Unnatural Food; Processed; Refined and Chemically enhanced products like MSG and GMO’s that are causing so much damage, Disease and Toxins in the Body. We are on over-load and all of it is killing us!  And if we continue to eat Abused, Tortured and Chemically Injected Animals who are suffering, then that Meat has got to be affecting our Bodies when we consume it.  We are becoming the by-product of those Animals who get loaded with Chemicals, are Force-Fed GMO and Animal ‘Inappropriate’ Foods. It’s a fact that the Cells have Memory, so just for a moment, imagine what Eating their Flesh with all of their Stressful Cell Memories is doing to Meat Eaters.  Why would anyone want do that?  It just doesn’t make sense.  

We have been Brain-Washed to believe we need Animals for Protein, when this couldn’t be further from the Truth! Some of the Largest, Strongest Animals on this Planet Eat Plants.  Think of the Gorilla or Elephant or Rhinoceros. Ever wonder how they are so Big and Strong?   When we Eat RAW, Organic Plant Foods, which are full of Essential Amino Acids, our Bodies turn these into Proteins. Essential Amino Acids are Amino Acids that are the Building Blocks of Protein for our Bodies.

The bottom line is our Bodies run Smoother and more Efficiently with RAW, Organic Plant-Based Foods.  We become Healthier, more Alive, Compassionate, Energetic and Younger!  At the end of the Day, without your Health, Money means nothing…

And as I like to say, Your Health is Your Wealth!
